登入有時候好、有時候壞：CDN 把 Set-Cookie 吃掉了

把快取整包交給 CDN 很爽，但 auth route 混進去就出事。CDN 命中時會把 Set-Cookie 拿掉，登入就壞。只改 handler 的 header 蓋不過去，要從 middleware matcher 擋。
